Lots of news from the Wyrm today!

Dragons and Dreams is now available at Kobo in epub format, for those of you who don’t have kindles. It should be live at iBooks (ah, there it is!) and Barnes & Noble in eformat soon, as well.

If you’d like to see the books in person, we’ll be merchanting at Squire’s Tourney in Lansing Michigan on May 31, and at the Meet on Main Street in Whitmore Lake, MI on June 7 (12-4).

Best news of all for science fiction fans, Larry Smith, Booksellers, will be having copies of my books available at various conventions, including DetCon1, this year’s NASFIC. See Larry Smith, Booksellers, for their convention schedule.

Thank you to everyone who downloaded Heart of Rock yesterday, during our Freebooksy campaign. By this morning, it was #224 in total free books, and (ta-da!)

Best of all, I got two new reviews, one by an Amazon top 500 reviewer. Both new reviews seem to really “get” what I was trying to do with Heart of Rock, which is as rare as it is gratifying.

Wyrm Tales Press will be appearing at the Fairy Festival

We are delighted to announce that Wyrm Tales Press will be appearing at the Fairy Festival in Jackson, MI on April 26-27. We will have printed copies of all our books there, including the new Heart of Rock, with a beautiful new cover by Todd Hamilton and illustrations by Annette Tremblay.

We will also have fairy tale themed book charms, including WTP covers, by Southwest Sky Jewelry.

Some wonderful reviews

Heidi Garrett, herself a writer of fairy tales, has been reviewing my books on her blog. Both reviews include some of her favorite quotes.

The review for Dragons and Dreams is wonderful – probably the best review I’ve had.

Today, she reviewed Fairies and Fireflies, and also reprints an interview I did with some of my wonderful Italian fans.

In May, she’ll review Heart of Rock.

Heart of Rock – due out April 1

I just received the PDF layout of Heart of Rock with illustrations, and I’m meeting with the cover artist this afternoon. I had said that this year would be the year that I would focus on getting stories illustrated, and I’m delighted with the way Heart of Rock is coming out. I worked with a professional editor on this one, and a professional layout artist, and it’s going to be spectacular. Watch for it by April 1, if not before.
